Delivery & Returns Policy

We want to make ordering from us as easy as possible. Once you have made a purchase online you will receive an automated email confirming the order is placed and what you have ordered.

Expected delivery time

For dried flowers, wreaths, made to order items and items from stock please allow up to 7 days for your order to be dispatched although often they will be much quicker and depending on the item can sometimes be sameday. You will receive an email to tell you that your item has been dispatched.

At busy times (eg christmas) we will inform you at Checkout if our dispatch times are longer than usual. Please also take into account that delivery services often have their own delays at these times.

If timing is important please contact us at studio@lunariasomerset.com to check that we can fulfil your requirements before placing your order, we can often accommodate specific delivery days but this must be agreed in advance. We are of course always at the hands of a postal service so please be kind should anything go amiss while we look into how to put it right.

Click & Collect

Collection from our studio can typically be made Tuesday, Friday and Saturday between 10am and 4pm. Please allow time for us to prepare your order, this can vary between same day and 7 days so please contact us first if timing is important and we can agree a collection day prior to you ordering. You will receive a further email when your order is ready and you can come and collect from the Studio & Cutting garden in Milton Clevedon (BA4 6NR). Please do not arrive before you receive this confirmation that your order is ready.

Fresh Flowers

We send fresh flowers out by post nationally on a next day service in our growing season (typically April to October) Alternatively you can collect from our studio. Bouquets are made to order so please purchase online (when showing as available or contact us to order)


Delivery Charges


Our standard postage and packing charge is £5.99 and is subsidised by us. This must be selected at checkout. For bulk orders placed we will contact you if there are additional postal charges to pay. If there are additional shipping charges eg due to hard to reach areas this charge will be payable by the customer before fulfilment, alternatively a cancellation of the order will be offered.

Standard postage excludes international delivery, the delivery of custom items or any goods that may incur additional costs above and beyond our standard delivery charge. Relevant delivery or install charges would be checked and provided accordingly.

Uk Mainland Delivery
For the time being we are only shipping inside UK Mainland, we do not deliver to PO boxes.


Returns


Everlasting arrangements, wreaths, dried stems, fresh flowers, plants and made to order items are not returnable. Please ensure you are confident in your purchasing before placing an order or contact us if you need further assistance or information. 

Items from stock such as vases, pots, candles and vintage items can be returned or exchanged provided that they are received back to us in saleable condition.

If you wish to return your stock item and receive a full refund, please email studio@lunariasomerset.com to inform us of this request and then items need to be posted/couriered back to us within 14 days of being received by you. You are responsible for postage costs, packing, and insurance of items in transit as a refund will only be provided if the item reaches us in saleable condition. 

If items received free delivery under a promotion this means if the order is to be refunded the postage cost of £5.99 will be deducted from the total returned.

It may be possible for a return/exchange to be made directly at the Studio in Bruton, if you would like this option please email studio@lunariasomerset.com to arrange a time.

All purchases of Sale items (those displaying a reduced price) are final. No exchange, credit note or refund will be offered.


Faulty or damaged items


All orders are carefully handled, checked, photographed and packed with care. You must check your items thoroughly when you receive them. 

Should you feel there is a fault or defect with what you have received please email studio@lunariasomerset.com with photographs and an explanation of what you have received so that we can understand what has gone wrong, put it right for you, and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Issues can only be investigated if brought to our attention immediately upon receiving the items.
